Starving
Anyway I had a great time.If I had that many and I watched mine, emagine how many calories people had and who did not watch them. But it is not always about the calories it is if you had the right nutrition from your vegetables and your grains.
Hope everyone who reads my articles enjoy's them, and had a great Thanks Giving. I know that I did not have to worry about starving.LoL!!!

Laziness
There was this one article that caught my eye it said, "If you suffer from"......Then it gave a lot of different pains and diseases like, stress, diabetes, constipation, arthritis, and high blood pressure etc. Anyway they were advertising this machine that would exersice for you by moving your legs back and forth it was called the Exerciser 2000 Elite. I think this is pure laziness, just to lay on your back and let this machine move you from side to side.
I am here to tell you that, you do not need a machine to exercise for you, all you need is a little exercise a day, wether it be walk, sit ups, or even riding your bike.

Burden
Get Involved
Recently I joined for 24hr Fitness, and it has been awesome!!!
I really like to work out.
My best advice to you if you are out of shape is to get motivated start to watch your calories and decrease them. but if you want to lose weight do it slow like, 1lb a week so that way your skin will stay tight! If you lose very fast like, 45lbs a month your skin will be flabby but you will not have the fat.
TIPS:
Lower your calories, then when you have reached your certain weight level them out to a cosistant calorie and stay on it.
- It is not all about the calories, you could have all the calories you need from chocolate, but you are going to kill yourself that way. You need all the other food groups like your fruits, grains, vegetables, calcium, fats, saturated fats, and sodium, but all these things have limits of how much you should eat of that certain food group. One good web site is http://www.mypyramid.gov/
- When you are losing weight you probably do not want to lose muscle or bone, so go to some store like this .

Are you Saturated?
Monday, my dad and I went to our public library in search of nutrition facts, weight training, and anatomy books or videos. If you want to know about nutrition, the best advice I can give you is to read, and if you get a chance go to your public library do so.
Anyway, we ran across a cool video called,
Here’s to Your
Health
Nutrition:
Eating to Live or
Living to Eat
&
Obesity:
The Slimming of America
Here are a few tips I found in the video,
· If your cholesterol is too high then you could be putting yourself at risk of
kidney failure, heart attack, and strokes.
· If your cholesterol is too low then you could be risking colon cancer.
· Saturated fats, or animal fats, are solid at room temperature and examples include
beef, pork (ham, sausage, and bacon), steak, chicken, turkey, and fish.
· Chicken, Turkey, and Fish are better than the beef and pork. Dark chicken meat is
not as good for you as the white meat because it contains more animal fat.
Fish is the best choice if you can afford it!
· Oils, liquid fats, are better than animal fats and are called poly and mono unsaturated fat.
Some certain types of oils are canola, safflower, and corn. Basically, unsaturated fats are
the healthy fats. Saturated fats should be extremely limited.
· A healthy cholesterol number is 190-200 mg per deciliter of blood plasma.
· The average American’s total cholesterol is pushing around 220.

Fact of Life
Basically if you think you are fat or lazy and you keep dwelling on that then eather you are or you are going to be unless you change your thoughts and do something about it.

what I want to do and become
what I eat for the day
Lunch : I usually have either a turkey sandwich, or steak. Fruit I have strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, or orange. Vegetables carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and a salad with no dressing.
Dinner: I'll have anything with vegetables.
This is what I eat daily!
